For several years now, the SuperGiroDolomiti has attracted many extreme athletes. The route also leads to Italian soil and culminates at Monte Zoncolan, which has often been chosen as the stage finish of the "Giro d'Italia". A total of 5450 metres in altitude and 228 kilometres have to be mastered on the extreme version.
A true touch of the great Giro can be felt when countless flags decorate the houses, the village population stands in the streets and the Polizia Stradale appears with similar strength as it is the case at a stage of the "Giro d`Italia". But also on Austrian soil the surveillance work of the executive is done at the highest level! The organisation team, with over 400 helpers and friends, ensures that the event is perfectly organised every year.
