    Am kommenden Sonntag weht das Flair der UCI Straßenrad WM in Innsbruck-Tirol 2018 nach Osttirol. Eine große Abordnung des offiziellen WM-Botschafterteams „Gran Fondo Team Tirol“ - um die Ex-Rundfahrtssieger Thomas Rohregger und Wolfgang Steinmayr an der Spitze - bestreitet die 31. Dolomitenradrundfahrt. Mit MTB-Weltmeister Alban Lakata startet auch der Lokaltmatador im Regenbogentrikot. Die Hartgesottenen nehmen die 5. Auflage des Extremmarathons „SuperGiroDolomitei“ mit Start und Ziel in Lienz ebenso in Angriff.

    Dass Skispringer auf dem Rad eine ausgezeichnete Figur machen können, demonstriert der Slowene Primoz Roglic, der heuer bei der Tour de France zu den Favoriten zählt. Die Ziele von Ex-Skispringer Martin Koch sind zwar nicht so hoch angesetzt, aber bei der 31. Dolomitenradrundfahrt feiert er seine Premiere im Radsport!

    Now it’s time to register for the 44th Dolomitenlauf, which is held on 21 January 2018. Doing this will not only save you money but also challenge you to do something for your fitness again. You’ll find a relevant programme to prepare yourself on our homepage for downloading. The Dolomitenlauf in its 44th edition and 49 years of history once again offers an extensive supporting programme, which is held on 18 January with the Romance Race at the foot of the old Aguntum Roman settlement.

    Route record at the 30th Dolomites Cycling Tour by three people from Tyrol! And at the 4thedition of the extreme marathon, the ‘SuperGiroDolomiti’ the big favourite, Bernd Hornetz, also presses home in an impressive manner – in a new fabulous time – with a solo ride on the 160 kilometre route!

    On 11 June, the traditional Dolomites Cycling Tour will take place for the 30th time. Over 2000 cyclists from all over Europe are expected in Lienz for this event.

    This coming Sunday 22 January, the Dolomitenlauf race will be taking place for the 43rd time. Austria’s oldest cross-country skiing race will see amateurs from 25 nations taking to the starting line along with global elite marathon skiers who will be battling it out for FIS World Cup points at the Nordic Centre in Obertilliach. They include World Cup winners, Olympic medal winners and title-holders. The top six men from the last FIS Worldloppet will also be heading to Obertilliach!

    The cross-country ski tracks in Obertilliach are ready! The 43rd Dolomitenlauf is held once again on 21 and 22 January in the cross-country and biathlon centre. At the biggest public cross-country ski race in Austria, cross-country skiers from more than 25 nations come to East Tirolean Lesachtal around the cross-country skiing stronghold of Obertilliach. The elite racers will vie for precious FIS-points, and for those skiing in the public race it’s all about participating!
